Am I a commercial?
Our commitment to mass culture has us working for free.  Our blogs invite the public in to view our mental realestate.  Who has developed mine? Who, what companys, what products holds liens, leases, timeshares?  Whose contractors burned the forest to the ground and cleared the sitelines for the billboards? Am I a consumer? A commercial? Or a product? All 3.  Shame on me.

Heading home
It’s Friday and I’m heading home.  I’ll drive on our slick back roads in just about an hour and pull into the driveway. My oldest son kissed me last night as we were laying down to go to sleep.  He held my locks with both his hands and kissed me like he might never see me again, but with a serene smile across his face and his eyes in bliss.
